Western Wake Wellness is using the app called doxy.me for Virtual Telemedicine visits. Please call us to schedule your virtual visit or send us an appointment request through the Healow Patient Portal.

After your appointment is scheduled, our office staff will contact you to verify your medication and allergy list, and get self-collected vital signs if possible.

Billing for Virtual Visits

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, most insurance plans are now covering telehealth. Please be prepared to pay your PCP office visit copay or deductible at time of scheduling. If you do not have any insurance coverage, you will be charged the current applicable self-pay fee for an office visit.
